Your delivery
Accepting your delivery
- FedEx orders will be delivered between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday.
- The driver will aim to hand over to the consignee or leave in a safe place at the property.
Addresses we cannot ship to
- We cannot ship to any military addresses.
- We cannot ship to PO Box addresses.
- We cannot be held liable for parcels that are delayed or go missing due to incorrect or incomplete delivery address details given when an order is placed.
Orders that have not arrived
In the event of a non-arrival of an order, we must allow 28 days from the dispatch date before we can investigate.
Transfer of order liability (outside of UK)
Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. If no one is available to receive the package and it is left in a secure location by the courier, we consider the order delivered and fulfilled.
Failed delivery & returned orders policy
What counts as a failed delivery
Where an order is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate delivery details provided by the customer
- Failure of the customer to be present or available to accept delivery
- Refusal of delivery for any reason
the order will be treated as a failed delivery.
In such cases
- Any refund issued will exclude all original delivery charges
- We will deduct all costs incurred as a result of the failed delivery, including but not limited to return shipping fees, carrier handling charges, and administrative costs
Liability & additional charges
- We accept no responsibility whatsoever for any costs associated with the return of the order to the UK
- We are not liable under any circumstances for customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges applied within the UK or any other country
- Any such charges remain entirely the responsibility of the customer

- Ensuring availability to receive the delivery
- Any consequences resulting from failure to do so
Failure to comply with the above will result in non-recoverable costs being deducted from any refund issued.
